REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS »

All services once confirmed will be paid in full.
Any reservations if cancelled between 60 and 30 days of the arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation charge of the total invoice amount.
Any reservations if cancelled between 30 and 15 days of the arrival date will incur a 75% cancellation charge of the total invoice amount.
Any cancellation of reservation less than 15 days will attract 100% cancellation.
All flights issued will be non endorsable / non re routable and non-refundable. the flight cancellation is to be considered in exclusivity.
Any refund procedure will take a minimum of 1 months.

Special Note : – If travel duration between 15 December to 5 January. As these date are blackout dates due to Christmas and New Year Eve In this Case all hotels require 100% payment so we have to pay 100% payment to all hotels and in this duration Cancelation fee would 50% to 60% from the date of booking the tour.

EXCHANGE RATE »

We accept your deposit payment in your currency according to today’s exchange rate, your balance price may change according to today’s exchange rate because we will pay our suppliers in Indian Rupees.

If the exchange rate decreases by less than 3% from today, in this case we will ask you for the supplement of this change and the price of the balance will be charge in your currency which will be re-calculated by the rate of the Indian rupee.

CHANGES REQUESTED BY THE CLIENT BEFORE DEPARTURE »

Any change on the part of the customer will incur a modification fee. These may amount to 100% depending on the proportion of changes requested whether the trip has started or not (e.g. non-refundable plane tickets, change of hotel at the last minute). Any change requested by you will result in agency change fees, airline tickets and the price difference between the 2 tickets. Your refusal to pay this price adjustment will be considered a cancellation.

India Bound Tour® will make all possible efforts to meet with the policies mentioned herein on the website, but we are not in a position to guarantee these standards as there may be factors beyond our control. As a consequence, we disclaim any warranties or representations relating to maintenance or nondisclosure of Data.
