Orissa, a state in eastern India is known for tribes and several ancient Hindu temples. The capital of Orissa, Bhubaneshwar is a major city with several temples known for its architecture. Visit the artisan villages of Pipli and Raghurajpur, Jagannath temple in Puri as well as its beautiful beaches.
An excursion to Konark to visit the famous temple of the sun and a walk on the beach of Chandrabhaga. Boat trip on Lake Chilika and see several Dolphins and crocodiles. Orissa is a region less discovered than North and South India, but of course with a lot of potential.

Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival at Bhubaneshwar airport:

Reception at Bhubaneshwar airport and transfer to the hotel. Then, in the afternoon

continue to visit the Tribal Museum, the caves of Khandagiri and Udaigiri which represents Buddhism and Jainism in Orissa. Night at the hotel.

Day 2

Bhubaneswar: visit - all day:

After breakfast, visit the famous temples of Lingaraj, Parsurameswar, Mukteswar known for its architecture and the last Raja rani temple. Then visit the Zoo known for the white tiger and the botanical garden. Return to the hotel.

Day 3

Bhubaneswar - Dhauli - Hirapur - Pipli - Raghurajpur - Puri:

Today in direction of Puri, en route visit a Buddhist stupa in Dhauli, a temple in Hirapur,

the villages of Pipli and Raghurajpur, the paintings of Pattachitra, wood and stone carvings. Continue towards Puri and arrive at the hotel. Evening, visit a Jagannath temple. Have a good rest on the beautiful beach of Puri.

Day 4

Puri - Konark - Puri:

After breakfast, drive to Konark to visit the Sun Temple. Enroute visit Ramchandi temple and Chandrabhaga beach. Return to Puri and in the evening visit the market located next to the beach.

Day 5

Puri - Bhubaneswar - Airport:

Drive to Bhubaneshwar airport for your return flight.
