Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Bagdogra - Kalimpong:

Arrive at Bagdogra Airport and continue to Kalimpong, a mountainous town in West Bengal. Evening, free time to explore the region and rest at the hotel.

Day 2

Kalimpong - Gangtok:

After breakfast, a half-day tour of the small area and transfer directly to Gangtok – one entry for Sikkim. Night at the hotel.

Day 3

Excursion - Tsomgo Lake and temple:

After breakfast, take an excursion to Tsomgo lake and temple (Baba Mandir) which is approx 55 kms from Gangtok. Return to the hotel.

Day 4

Gangtok - Lachung:

Departure towards Lachung, which is located in the North of Sikkim. On the road, take the beautiful photos of the falls (Naga, Bhim Nala) and the river (Lachen Chu and Lachung Chu). Arrive and overnight at the hotel.

Day 5

Excursion - Yumthang Valley:

Take a trip to the Yumthang Valley, a valley of rivers. In return, visit the natural source of hot water which is better for your health. Return to the hotel.

Day 6

Lachung - Gangtok:

Take the road to Gangtok and see the beautiful mountain scenery. Arrive in Gangtok and free evening at the hotel.

Day 7

Gangtok - Namchi - Pelling:

After breakfast, continue driving to another place “Pelling” located in Sikkim and enroute visit Chardham in Namchi. Transfer and overnight at the hotel.

Day 8

Pelling: visit - all day:

In the morning visit the Pemeyangste monastery, established in the 17th century. It is one of the oldest and most important Buddhist monastery. Discover the ruins of Rabdentse and also visit the Changay waterfall. Return and overnight at the hotel.

Day 9

Pelling - Darjeeling:

Morning drive to Darjeeling, a town in West Bengal and known for its tea plantations. On arrival directly transfer to the hotel, in the evening visit the market to buy souvenirs and take a walk in this quiet region.

Day 10

Darjeeling: visit - all day:

Early in the morning, continued to visit the two more famous sites “Tiger Hill” and “Ghoom Monastery”. With the superb view on the top, Tiger Hill will be a unique experience of your trip. Then visit the Himalayan zoo, a mountain institute, Tibetan refugee center and in the evening visit the tea plantations. Night at the hotel.

Day 11

Darjeeling - Bagdogra Airport:

Your last day begins with the drive to Bagdogra Airport to catch your flight home.
